Launching without legacy
F12 Performance is a premium performance and prestige vehicle specialist based in Leeds, offering a curated collection of high-end sports cars and rare models to enthusiasts and serious buyers alike. With over 100 vehicles presented under showroom lights and a digital presence that feels like a private viewing, F12’s offering is built around quality, passion, and deep expertise.

Launching with a new name, a new showroom, and no legacy to rely on, we were tasked with building a brand and experience that would immediately feel credible in a market where trust is everything and first impressions count.

Building trust in a competitive market
Luxury car buyers don’t wander into showrooms by accident. They look for confidence in the brand, assurance in the stock, and an experience that reflects the value of what they are considering. For a newcomer like F12, these expectations were high from the first moment they meet the brand.

The local landscape offered space to own this category visually and strategically, but also raised the stakes. The identity had to do heavy lifting, signalling legitimacy and setting expectations clearly for an audience accustomed to established names.

A brand that feels considered
The core idea was simple: premium should feel assured, not loud. Instead of traditional luxury motifs or extravagance, we created a visual language that feels timeless and confident. This allows the cars themselves — each rare and desirable in its own right — to remain the hero while the brand quietly supports the experience.

The visual system uses presence and restraint to communicate credibility, taste, and authority. Typography, spacing, and layout choices were calibrated to reflect the quality of the offering and the refined expectations of performance car buyers.

From digital to physical, consistency was key. Online, the brand presents like a private viewing, with layouts and imagery that feel deliberate and high-end. On site, wayfinding and signage draw on premium materiality and thoughtful execution, reinforcing the sense that arriving at F12 is arriving at a destination.

Across every piece of communication and brand application, the visual system provides cohesion and quality. Every interaction reinforces the same message: you are in the right place for serious cars and serious expertise.
